Yes. Record external completions and attach certificates to the relevant person and training record. Your team reviews the evidence and decides whether a qualification meets the role, provider or insurer requirements; SkillProof does not award or accredit qualifications.
Can different departments and clubs have different requirements?
Yes. Set requirements for the roles you employ, such as instructors, personal trainers, therapists and reception colleagues. Include pool or lifeguard requirements only where applicable. Multiple sites, departments and Manager access are available from Growth.
Does SkillProof send automatic reminders?
Yes. Starter includes standard automated training due and overdue email reminders. Growth adds configurable reminder schedules, recipients and templates, with history for follow-up. Reminders depend on the relevant records, dates and configuration; they do not book renewal training for you.
Can we track CPD for fitness professionals?
Yes. CPD records are available from Growth, with activity, evidence and reflection kept against the person. Professional and Enterprise support custom and multiple CPD schemes. Check the person's current membership and professional-body requirements before setting a target. Recording an activity in SkillProof does not make it CIMSPA-endorsed or automatically accepted.
Does this replace our membership or booking system?
No. SkillProof organises your workforce training, qualifications and follow-up. It sits alongside membership, class-booking, spa appointment and club-management systems; it does not manage those customer bookings or payments.
Which plan would our club need?
